Thursday, May 18, Wine Tasting:
Tuscany and Umbria
Italy produces and exports more wine than any other
country, and experts increasingly rate Italy's premier
wines among the world's finest. Join us for a tasting
that focuses on two of the regions of central Italy
that are leading the way. Join Wine Director Timothy
Patrick Little as we explore wines from Tuscany, such
as wonderful Chiantis and many of the unclassified
reds known as "Super Tuscans, as well as delicious
wines from Umbria such as Sangiovese. Wine tasting,
small bites, and educational materials are included.
$25. per person. 7-8:30.
Friday, June 9, Five-Course
Wine Lover's Dinner, Featuring Food and Wines of Greece
The Greek Wine Industry is exploding, as Greek wines
are being discovered and appreciated by connoisseurs
and winning distinguished awards. Greece offers a
variety of fresh ingredients close at hand, with its
groves of olive trees, vineyards, and fragrant lemon
trees. Seafood is abundant, with fresh-caught fish
and shellfish. Although pork, beef, game, and chicken
are typically served marinated, grilled, broiled,
and baked, lamb is the principal meat of the area.
Join us for some divine Greek wines, paired perfectly
with a five-course Grecian feast. Arrival and appetizers
at 6:30, dinner at 7:00. $85. per person plus tax

Chardonnay Around the World
In the last 30 years, Chardonnay has exploded in popularity
around the world. Widely planted in the Burgundy and
Chablis regions, it is prevalent in many regions of
the world due to its mid-season ripening and versatility.
Australia and New Zealand have produced world-class
wines in recent years. In its Burgundy, France homeland,
Chardonnay was responsible for all of the finest white
Burgundy. In the late 20th century however, it was
transplanted in most of the worlds wine regions. Join
Wine Director Timothy Patrick Little to learn more.
Wine tasting, small bites, and educational materials

Brunch
Leave the grilling to us, and treat Dad to a special
meal on Father's Day. $50. per person plus tax and
gratuity. A special Children's Menu is available for
those 12 and under, and children three and under are
free. Father's Day Dinner is also available from 5:30
